The Author

Richard Moss lives in a small village in Bedfordshire with his wife and son. He works full-time as a Business Architect for a global manufacturing company and part-time as a Business Coach & Mentor.

Richard’s career began in Procurement before moving into Sales, primarily in IT during the 1990s and 2000s boom.

In 2011, he founded his own company, which he successfully sold in 2015, deciding to return to the corporate world, holding senior positions such as Managing Director and Director of Global Services.

In 2020, during lockdown, Richard launched his Business Coaching venture, helping small business owners in his spare evenings. His passions also include playing guitar, supporting Watford Football Club, and spending time with his family.

Richard wrote this book to offer support to the small business owners and entrepreneurs he regularly mentors; those whose budgets don’t typically allow for the cost of a Business Coach.

Through The Business Roadmap, they can now access his 30+ years experience and insights, and take their business to the next level at their own pace.
